Breakfast Really Is the Most Important Meal of the Day. Eating a healthy breakfast sets the day off on the right foot. It fuels our bodies with the energy we need to stay focus on the tasks throughout the mist of the day. Eating breakfast stops irritability, hunger pains and binge eating. Some healthy breakfast options are wheat bagels with smoked salmon or almond butter or peanut butter; almond or peanut butter with wheat toast, eggs with turkey bacon, oatmeal with almonds and berries, and whole grain cereal with almond milk. Sisters don’t skip the most important meal of the day.
